We at Virtual Phantoms, Inc. (VPI) recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of information (“information”) collected about our customers and visitors to our website. We collect personally identifiable information about you at www.virtualphantoms.com only if you complete our optional opt-in form (which may ask for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number), or request information by email or telephone. We will use the personally identifiable information that you provide to us to respond to your requests for information.

We may use any contact information you provide us to contact you regarding other products and services we offer. Each time we e-mail you advertising or marketing materials, we will provide you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving such materials in the future. Information you provide at www.virtual-dose.com if you register as a beta user or a customer of VirtualDose. This information is used only to manage your account and to conduct communications with you regarding your use of the product.

We do not intentionally collect information about children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not give us any personal information about yourself.

Unless stated otherwise at the point the information is collected from you, we do not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to any third parties except under the following circumstances:
